"No future is possible on a planet deprived of its own balance and resources."

Our priority is developing and operating agile supply chains that meet the demands of our diverse set of clients, while protecting and improving the lives of all those connected to them.

It is fundamental to our purpose, and the right thing to do.

At adm360, our primary sustainability objective is to move towards a circular future for the hospitality sector. We focus on how we can reduce the environmental impact of our products, offering technologies such as recycled content floating dispensers, 100% organic eco-amenities, and building partnerships with brands like EcoPods or SEAQUAL.

We also encourage our clients to transform their portfolio of products to adopt a more sustainable approach.

Furthermore, we consider responsible sourcing and supplier compliance with our requirements for valid social audits a core part of of the value add we provide to our clients.

All suppliers must sign our Supplier Code of Conduct and maintain compliant social audits, which we review in line with our adm Brand Assurance Grading methodology.

Our goal is to minimize environmental harm from factors such as energy usage, water consumption and waste production, while safeguarding and enhancing human rights in our supply chain and own operations.

At adm360, we believe that strong partnerships with a common sustainability vision can lead to a better future for our planet. In late 2023, we announced our collaboration with SEAQUAL INITIATIVE,  a collaborative community bringing together businesses, organizations, fishermen and scientists, focused on cleaning our oceans through circular systems, enabling the recycling of recovered plastic waste into usable materials.

SEAQUAL operates in over 60 countries worldwide, collaborating with companies like our partner 1888 Mills in the production of unique product ranges that echo their respective commitments.

adm's group certifications & achievements

We are proud to have retained our EcoVadis Platinum rating for our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) performance in March 2023, making this our third year to have achieved a top 1% ranking on our sustainability performance.

Our scoring improved across all four themes last year, with Environment and Labour & Human Rights both receiving a recognition of 90%. This outcome reflects the emphasis we put on improving our CSR performance and implementing stretching targets across our global operations, including our value chains.

adm takes an active part in AIM-Progress, a forum to promote responsible sourcing, comprising of leading Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies and common suppliers.

We are also a member of the AIM-Progress Working Groups on Living Wages, Grievance Mechanism, Responsible Recruitment and HREDD.

We are committed to the world’s largest CSR initiative for a fifth consecutive year.

As a donating participant, adm also plays a part in funding UNGC’S projects. We continue our support to the development of the UN SDGs.
Participating in the CDP is an important course of action to hold ourselves accountable and remain transparent in our sustainability performance. adm has obtained a score of B (management level) on the CDP's 2022 Climate Change survey.

This reflects the significant efforts from our global teams to improve our score of C in 2021. We hope to improve our score further with our latest submission.
By partnering with CRI (Carbon Reduction Institute) we are able to offset our CO2 emissions by supporting selected programs with a positive social impact.
We are proud to announce that our near and long-term science-based emissions reduction targets were approved and validated by the Science Based Targets initiative (SBTi) earlier in 2023. Our science-based Net-Zero target by 2040 has also been verified. Our targets are as follows:
Overall Net-Zero Target by 2040: We are committed to reach Net-Zero GHG emissions across the value chain by 2040.
Near-term Targets: We commit to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions by 50% by 2030 from a 2021 base year, as well as reducing absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions by 50% within the same timeframe.
Long-term Targets: We commit to reducing absolute Scope 1 and 2 GHG emissions 90% by 2040 from a 2021 base year, and to reduce absolute Scope 3 GHG emissions 90% within the same timeframe.

In 2022, adm started work together with Fair Wage Network in the process of becoming a Living Wage Certified Employer. This year our partnership continued through to our final certification, achieved in December 2023.
